NTR delivers what it promises and does not promise what it cannot deliver. It is refreshing in this day and age when disaster strikes in what is likely a family's greatest physical investment--their home. This is the situation we found ourselves in during the fall of 2023. A small leak behind a wall in the kitchen led to the development of mold. The original company we hired to perform the remediation and restoration was less than honest. After 3 months of frustration with them, we called North Texas Restoration. That same afternoon, Don was standing in our now-destroyed kitchen, accessing the mess left behind by the previous company and walking us through the process he would follow. Don patiently answered every question, listened to what we would love our kitchen to look like, and offered suggestions (99% of which we went with without one iota of pressure on his part). He explained his background in the industry and why he chose to establish NTR (the industry needs good, honest people who will help others when disaster strikes). Standing in our kitchen, we felt the burden lifting off our shoulders. Before he left, we understood the timeline for the completion of the project, our budget, etc. Two days later, his team was in our house doing the "move out," tearing out the mess left behind by the other company, etc. We received regular progress reports via phone calls and text messages. We were allowed to come and see the progress made. He promised we would return to our house by April, and he and his team delivered. If you were to walk into our home today, you would never suspect our kitchen was once a disaster area. What you would notice is how beautiful it is. Cruise Chaos to Calm: North Texas Restoration to the Rescue! In Texas, we don't get much winter weather, but when we do, it sure knows how to make a mess. During the last big freeze, my family and I were soaking up the sun on a cruise in the middle of the ocean, blissfully unaware of the chaos unfolding back home. CAT Contractors is professional and experienced. They have worked on several projects at my home - installing tile flooring & wood flooring, painting- including walls, trim, doors, removing popcorn paint and repairing and repainting ceiling, and repairing wood and wall damage. They really made the projects easy. They have EXCELLENT communication, both with me and with their team. Jerry is upfront about cost and timelines. Very dependable. I would work with them again.

We spent nearly 30k to have an old laundry room built into another bathroom. Within a short period after the build we noticed the tub cracking very badly in all of the corners and the coating coming off exposing the yellow what matt be fiberglass. Additionally, that it was unlevel due to items rolling off of it. I contacted the individual in charge of my installation and he "started the process of a remedy". They went back and forth for several months trying to find receipts for the tub but apparently no one has them and nothing was ever given to us. Keep in mind the tub is getting worse with every passing week. After they could not find the receipts in order to try and file a warranty claim with the tub manufacturer they told me they were going to come an insurance claim to cover it. Now, over a year later, still nothing. They are now completely ghosting me. We spent our very hard earned money with this company and fully regret it. Save yourself the pain that we've been put through and find another company.

We were having problems with our gas fireplace. We had the company come out (several times) who installed it and they said it was working just fine. We called Kustom and their technicians found that the valve used to connect the gas was incorrect and that was the problem! O they ordered the correct valve and voila, the unit is working perfectly now just in time for the Fall and those chilly nights ahead.

I used 911 restoration as a recommendation on behalf of my mold inspector. The workers seemed to be doing a good job, but when they came to take down the containment area today (which was my primary closet with access to the crawlspace, where the mold was), they stole a very personal necklace from me. It was very accessible to them (It looks expensive but isn't that expensive, and is my son's name on a nameplate), and there was more jewelry that could've been taken but was hidden so I'm sure they didn't want to go digging. They had a new team member here today to help take down, who I had never seen before and I believe it was him as the others had been around my property all week. 911 restoration is cooperating and I have filed a police report but all that to say, don't use this company in case you get the same workers.

Never use this company for anything involving actual construction. Hired them to repair my house after a car ran through the front of my house, they literally screwed up everything they touched, the brick on the front of my house is over a half inch off the foundation because they did not get the wall plumb. Couldn't even put downspouts for my gutters back properly, basic construction that even my state farm agent said was ridiculous. The drywall was torn everywhere and they just covered it with mud and called it good. They had 3 attempts to get things right and screwed up every time.
